Proteomics
- Protein identification and post translational modification analysis:
- Price per sample varies from $20 to $35, depending on the sample processing method and the mass spectrometry acquisition method.
- Global proteomics profiling using 18 plex tandem mass tag (TMT) labeling:
- $900 based on up to 15 ug of protein per sample, off-line fractionation resulting in up to 12 mass spectrometry runs.
- Global proteomics and phosphopeptide profiling using 18 plex tandem mass tag (TMT) labeling:
- $1800 based on up to 180 ug of protein per sample, off-line fractionation as needed based on the complexity of the samples and sequential phosphopeptide enrichment using TiO2 and IMAC resin.
- Label Free Quantification using either Data Dependent Acquisition (DDA) or Data Independent Acquisition (DIA):
- $30 per mass spec run.
Metabolomics
Price for targeted absolute quantification MRM assay development depends on the cost of purchasing the needed normal and isotopic standard and the number of runs required for establishing the assay. For more information contact Thorkell Andresson.
- Targeted MRM assay for single to multiple metabolites:
- Price ranges from $20 to $40 per mass spectrometer run depending on the number of metabolites covered by assay being used.
- Global untargeted metabolomics analysis:
- Price per sample is $78 based on 6 different mass spectrometry analysis per sample.
Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)
Price ranges from $450 to $600 depending on the type of chip used for immobilization of the analyte being studied. The price is based on single chip that can be used for multiple measurement and that the NCI/NIH laboratory provides the recombinant protein and/or other molecules/compounds that are being used in the study.
