The field of single cell and spatial technology is rapidly expanding and advancing. SCAF is dedicated to exploring and bringing the highest value methods on board for project support, enabling CCR investigators to use the most cutting-edge methods in their research. Below are just a small sampling of some upcoming technologies we hope to bring to the CCR community.
Fluent BioSciences PIPseq
Fluent BioSciences PIPseq offers an alternative approach of droplet-based single cell transcriptomics, which promises a lower cost and increased flexibility of scale than other methods. The method can use cells or nuclei and is scalable from thousands to millions of cells.
Combinatorial Indexing approaches: Parse Evercode and Scale Biosciences
Parse allows for the multiplexing of up to 96 unique fixed single cell samples for up to 1 million cells per experiment. ScaleBio Combinatorial Indexing allows for the multiplexing of up to 96 unique fixed single cell samples for over 100,000 cells per experiment.
Curio Bioscience Seeker and Trekker Spatial Transcriptomics
Curio Bioscience’s spatial solution, Curio Seeker, allows for poly-adenylated whole transcriptome mapping of fresh frozen tissue for a range of species.
